So I've always wanted to try doing a "brownie in a mug" so I tried (and failed a bit) but I thought I would share the recipe because it tasted really nice. It just looked a bit weird..
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons of Flour
4 Tablespoons of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa powder
2 Tablepsoons of Vegetable Oil (Don't use one with a strong flavor, eg olive, sesame, etc)
2 Tablespoons Water
a Dash of salt
okay so get your mug and add your sugar, flower and cocoa powder
Then mix them together
Then add your oil and water
Then mix until it becomes a thick paste (that sort of looks like dirt)
Then microwave it for 60 seconds
And voila! you'll have a sticky and very tasty brownie in your mug!
But I actually also really wanted to try a cookie in a mug, so I thought I would share that with you as well! (and this turned out a lot better and more "spongy" than the brownie)
ingredients:
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
about 3 drops of vanilla essence (I didn't have any so I used vanilla sugar)
1 egg white
4 tablespoons of flour
as many chocolate chips as you like
First you add the butter in the mug and microwave it for about 30 seconds so it gets melted
then add your sugar and vanilla essence/vanilla sugar
Then add your egg whites and mix
Then if you don't have any chocolate chips, chop up some chocolate and add them and the flour to the mix
then mix it all together
microwave it for 60 seconds, and voila! you have a lovely spongy cookie in a mug!
Hope you like it xx

Pamper day
So, these last couple of days I've felt like really bad and disgusting. It was "that time of the month" and I had head-aches, stomach cramps, I was really bloated and I had a really bad acne break-out.. And I've just felt like shit.. So I decided as all this was over I was going to treat myself with a pamper day. So I've lighted my favourite scented candle that smells of chocolate! I've taken a lovely hot bath with loads of bubbles!! I've then poured myself a glass of this really lovely apple cider and my mum made me some cookies (well, they weren't just for me they were of course for the whole family) I then found my favourite nail polish and I'm going to make a kind of black and silver french manicure. I've then got a lovely peel off mask and my favorite lip butter.
I already feel better!
So yeah, this is a great idea if you've had a bad day or week. Because don't ever forget to treat yourself sometimes, you deserve it! xx

The last bit of snow
So, as I live in Denmark it has been a VERY cold winter. It started snowing almost at the start of the year, but now it's started melting. I actually don't mind the weather right now. It's not horrifically cold so it doesn't keep you from going outside, so I went for a walk in the forrest and took some pictures of the last bit of snow. Hope you enjoy xxx

Cupcakes!
Hi! I made some lovely cupcakes today, that tasted amazing and I thought I would share the recipe with you.
What you'll need:
Then you put the chocolate in a large heatproof bowl with 150g butter. Stand over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Leave until just melted, stirring occasionally. Remove the bowl from the pan and cool for 10 minutes.
Sift together the flour and cocoa and stir in the sugar.
Then add it to the chocolate with the eggs and 4 tbsp of milk. Stir until evenly mixed.
Divide between the cake cases and bake for about 20 minutes and when they're done let them cool down before putting icing on them.
For the icing, beat 100g butter, the icing sugar, and the 50g of cocoa powder together until light and creamy.
Then pipe the icing on to the cupcakes, and voila! You have some lovely and very tasty cupcakes. xxx
(and yes there is missing a cupcake because me and my brother couldn't help ourselves and had to try one)

Well hello, there.
HI! I'm Caroline, I've decided to start blogging (again) and it's mostly going to be some photos I've taken and just some of my thoughts that I would like to share with you.
These are some pictures I'm very fond of. I took them on a class trip to Berlin in October 2013. It was a great trip with great people and great weather! My plan is to go to Berlin again this year with my best friend for a week or so.
So yeah, I'll be back soon. xxx
